This is the second operation I have had with Mr. Gupta. He operated on my left shoulder in 2020 and then in August 2022 he operated on my right shoulder. This second operation was more complicated as it required re-attaching 2 tendons in addition to removing a bone spur and releasing the ACJ. From the first diagnosis through the surgery and post-op Mr. Gupta listened carefully to understand my condition and my concerns. In all consultations he was very clear in explaining what was happening and giving me clear guidance on what to expect and how to best manage my well-being and recovery. After the operation I had a program of 15 physio sessions. The first half was to recover mobility and the second half to build back strength. It has now been 6 months since the operation and I can complete all the weight-bearing exercises that I did pre-op: push ups, weighted shoulder presses, lat raises, etc... I have no reservations or hesitation in recommending Mr. Gupta. His approach and style is professional and it's clear he understands this area exceptionally well. He presents all scenarios and options with clarity and precision such that I had total confidence under his care.

I had a total wrist replacement on Nov 9th at Ashford hospital Mr Gupta was very informative about the procedure. I was very confident he would do a very good job and the whole team were very efficient. Had 6 follow ups with occupational therapy and am very happy with my outcome. Regards Paul Howard

Mr Rohit Gupta was comprehensive with his diagnosis, explained the issues with my shoulders to me in detail. This gave me confidence to move forward with the proposed surgery. His projections on recovery proved to be accurate. The completed surgery on the left shoulder and good recovery allow me now to proceed as planned to have my right shoulder operated on and I look forward to a healthy recovery with improved function in both shoulders. Honestly, I don't have much to suggest by way of improving the service Very Happy Emmett Glynn

Upon recommendation, I had a consultation with Mr Gupta who I found to be extremely friendly and reassuring. Mr Gupta was very thorough in his assessment which confirmed considerable damage to my shoulder, which explained the reason for the virtual loss of use in that right arm. A significantly long operation was required to repair my shoulder, which by this stage, had become unbearable. The surgery went well, and Mr Gupta telephoned me the following morning to give me feedback on the surgery. I visited Mt Gupta several times over the next few months who have me reassurance that the recovery was as he would have expected at each stage. Six months post op, my shoulder is now in full working order, with a full range of movement and increasing strength. I am extremely grateful to Mr Gupta in the way operated and his reassuring manner.

Mr Gupta and his secretary were amazing with my daughter Katie. She injured herself at cheerleading and there were time constraints over when she could have her operation due to competitions. They were great and fitted appointments to suit our timings and managed to book the operation at just the right time so she could recover and get back to training for the World Championships in April. We couldn’t be happier with the service and follow up care. Thanks so much.
